If your Doctor has referred you to SCSA for testing just click on With Doctor Referral (please keep in mind if you have a referral from your Doctor  you can submit it to insurance).  If you are ordering the test on your own Without a Doctor’s Referral then click on Without Doctor  Referral (please keep in mind if ordering without Doctor  Referral you are unable to submit to Insurance).  If you live outside the US but have a Doctor  in the US and are coming for a visit and would like to have testing please click on International Patients.
